At HousecallsNY.org, our goal is to offer patients
a broad selection of quality medical care right in the comforts
of their own home. Our house calls cover most non-emergency medical
services.

Post discharge visits

Care for stroke and cardiac patients
Bone fracture and osteoporosis care
Wound care, diabetic ulcer and stasis ulcer care
Nutritional planning and support
Acute/chronic illness care
Audiometry
Phlebotomy and phlebitis care
Care of bowel/bladder related conditions
Foley catheter, ostomy and perineal care
At HousecallsNY.org, our goal is to extend medical
care rather than transfer it.
Our doctors are experienced at coordinating a
patient's medical care needs with all related healthcare providers.
HousecallsNY.org actively works with hospital discharge planners,
visiting nurse services, government agencies, contracting agency
case workers and primary caregivers to provide home-based medical
care solutions.
All notes made during an in-home visit are provided
to the primary care physician immediately. In the event that a patient
needs to visit a hospital, HousecallsNY.org will follow up with
physicians that treat patients in order to obtain hospital records.
