About Dr.
Avraham Henoch
 As
the founder of Housecalls.org, Dr. Avraham Henoch brings over 20
years of experience as a medical professional. Dr. Henoch is a board
practitioner certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
A fellowship was conferred on Dr. Henoch by the American Academy
of Family Physicians in 1995. He currently has two full service
medical practices in Manhattan and the Bronx.
Dr. Henoch is an experienced family practice
physician, trained to diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments
in patients of all ages. His expertise includes internal medicine,
pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry and geriatrics.
He places a special emphasis on prevention and primary care of entire
families, utilizing consultations and community resources when appropriate.
Dr. Henoch is an attending or visiting physician
at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital (Allen Pavilion), Montefiore Hospital,
Bronx Lebanon Hospital, St. Lukes Hospital, Roosevelt Hospital and
Beth Israel Hospital. He received his medical training at SUNY Downstate
College in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his residency at South Nassau
Community Hospital. Dr. Henoch currently teaches residents and medical
students at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center´s Department
of Family Practice.
